Axis Controls Economy Forced Ventilation Fans to fit Brook Crompton WD Series electric motors fitted with an encoder are recommended for applications where the motor is used with a frequency inverter.
Consists of an extended fan cowl fitted with a motorised fan and a terminal box. The fan is designed to deliver the same (or more) cooling air that is normally delivered by the motors' own fan at the rated speed. Manufactured to provide IP66 protection.

Axis Controls currently only stock Brook Crompton WD Series Forced Ventilation Fans with cowl adapters suitable for motors with an encoder fitted. If you require a forced ventilation fan with shorter or longer cowl adapter (e.g. for a standard or brake motor), these are only available to order and have a minimum lead time of 6-8 weeks.
